x2, no doubt! That made me laugh! Since I'm in the process now of re-learning how to swim (so my "best" interval workout was quite recent , this is indeed a great thread - thanks to all!

Dan - nope did not use the voodoo doll.  30 minutes of shivering on the shore before a swim would do me in.  Congrats for even finishing that.

Over all I was 6 minutes faster but the swim (my strongest event) killed me. Swimming in the rain is the one thing I never practiced.
