not to beat a dead horse, and I really don't want to make this all about me (oh wait, I've already done that... ) If I do not have a child (bio or otherwise) by age 40 (that's 7 years from now) I will do an IM.

no, my point was just to downplay all the love, bc the idea of "smart" always makes me uncomfortable.

When I was young and dumb I dated only smart guys. Then I learned the value of KIND guys. Smart and kind is ideal... but smart and lacking compassion is unacceptable.
