Subject: RE: swimming recommendationI started swimming a couple of weeks ago and I thought I was going to drown. I was taking a breath on each side every third stroke and was doing 25 second 25m laps. I was resting 30 seconds after every 25m but I was out of breath, gulping air and just about choking. I have since slowed it WAY down, switched to breathing every stroke varying sides each lap and it's working out much better. Swimming is a lot harder than I remember......keep at it you'll/we'll get there! |
