I have a QR Dulce which I love BUT the frame cracked and QR is being BEYOND HORRIBLE to deal with. If you do decide on QR, I hope you never have to deal w/ them after your purchase.

what a nightmare! has anyone had to deal with the Felt customer service for warranty issues?
