Actually, the fact that you think he can improve, like you believe that he wants to on a subconsious level, says that you are very happy with him I never doubted that at all. Increased romanticism without going directly into sappyness is a pretty common request from most of my clients... Um, maybe I should use a different word other than "client."

If you want a good trick, and it usually only takes a couple weeks, is to teach Barry his right from his left. The words are different enough that dogs know that they are different tricks. "Gimme' your left, gimme' your right..." People are amazed. I amazed that my dogs are smarter Teaching them to recycle empty beer and soda bottles took a little longer...

I can't believe (maybe I should with this crew!) we went from roses, to tri gear, to beers, to dog training  SHEESH... I was just happy to get the flowers, maybe I am lucky to have hubby.....

You forgot to mention "butt monkeys"

"Buttmonkeys" are what I call my dogs. Sorry, sometimes I have a bad habit of derailing threads. I'll try to behave
