Subject: RE: Don't know what to eat for breakfast...My morning bowl of energy-packed goodness: 1/2 cup of instant oats nuked. Stir in spoonful of some almond butter. Toss a cup or so of any good cereal on top (preferably something high protien like Kashi GoLean ). Add a banana, a few hits of vanilla yogurt and/or cottage cheese and a splash of milk. I like lots of flavors and this one always packs a balanced punch with the right dose of calories. Paste it on cinamon toast and you're in heaven. |
