I love a toasted slice of Ezekial bread (find it refrigerated in Whole Foods) with all natural peanut butter. http://www.foodforlife.com/

It's much denser than any other kind of sliced bread I have tried and very satisfying. And quick!

I just tried the scrambled eggs in the microwave this morning, and I was a little skeptical about how it would turn out, but it was awesome!  I am so excited I can make scrambled eggs at work now in our little breakroom!

My favorite is oatmeal and eggs, with a glass of orange juice, or milk.  Sometimes I mix it up a bit with a bagel, or english muffin.

My morning bowl of energy-packed goodness:

1/2 cup of instant oats nuked.
Stir in spoonful of some almond butter.
Toss a cup or so of any good cereal on top (preferably something high protien like Kashi GoLean).
Add a banana, a few hits of vanilla yogurt and/or cottage cheese and a splash of milk. 

I like lots of flavors and this one always packs a balanced punch with the right dose of calories. Paste it on cinamon toast and you're in heaven.

Vanilla yogurt with granola and/or berries is my favorite chased with a bagel. On my long days I have oatmeal, fruit, and egg/cheese burrito.

I like a chopped hardboiled eggs on whole wheat toast or tortilla with some, avocado, hummus or low fat cream cheese. That with a piece of fruit usually keeps me in check until lunch and the protein, fat and fiber help me with hunger. If your calorie requirements are higher add another slice of toast and/or egg.

For those of you that eat instant oats, if you can possibly swtich to minute oats you will get a lot more health benefits from them.



I eat oatmeal with a tablespoon of wheat germ and a tablespoon of brown sugar.  (made with skim milk)
