Subject: RE: Nutrition Log Bugs/Questions I Ron...one very general suggestion for the nutrition logs...I've found FitDay.com to be a very user friendly format and interface and I like the daily running summary in both tabular and pie chart format. I find it very useful to have both the amount (grams) and %total for each macronutrient updated as I log foods. Calories Eaten Today | source | grams | cals | %total | Total: | | 1719 | | Fat: | 54 | 483 | 29% | Sat: | 5 | 43 | 3% | Poly: | 21 | 191 | 11% | Mono: | 7 | 59 | 4% | Carbs: | 162 | 550 | 33% | Fiber: | 25 | 0 | 0% | Protein: | 159 | 635 | 38% | Alcohol: | 0 | 0 | 0% |

One thing FitDay doesn't do that I think the BT logs do is allow us to build a custom meal (retaining the individual ingredients ). I can create a custom food on FitDay but unless I remember exactly what the ingredients are and how much of each it's tough to recreate that meal when I want to eat it again. |
