n= nutritional info logged, st = strength data and sp= other sports data.

i guess its about time to rewrite the instructions or add a few faqs since a lot of new stuff has been done...any takers?

only if you have a burning desire to.

someone else may be able to make it more 'freindly'....i may take a lot for granted when i wrote it.

OR maybe come out with a 'faq' plus a rewrite of the instructions...by going through prior posts.  or maybe u can be a moderator for this section so you can ammend stuff freely and compile new requests in one post.  it would help out a lot.  i can send ya a silver or gold membership with shirt upon completion?

let me know.

This is a terrific site. One question: some of my rest days are yellow on the calendar, and others are blue. I can't figure out what the distinction is.

The days that are yellow have no activity data but have comments(more than 10 characters) in the overall comments text area(bottom of blog view)
When they are Blue they have the upper portion (wieght, body fat...Nutritional Info) of the training log filled out (at least partially) but no overall comments. I hope that helps

Ron,

I'd like to start by thanking you for a great, motivational site.

I have a short question concerning the race reports. Mine are currently all saved as drafts. When I look at the right hand column of the draft race report I cannot see how to show my age group or overall position, even though the information is shown in the middle section of the report. The number of people in my age group and overall is shown, just not my placing. Would publishing the report solve the problem or is there something else I should do when entering the data?

Thanks again for the site, I really do appreciate all the features here and I'm so impressed that you took the time to put all of this together.

Jane

u did not fill out 'age group rank' and 'overall rank' for specifically the 'run segment'.

although in your case, since your only doing runs, this will be the same as what u put in the 'event info' area at top, BUT this would be different for triathlons,bi's and du's.

so u must fill it in both places - 'event info' and the particular 'segment'

Just about anyone can probably help me with this one...

How do I enter short-term and long-term goals? I see them on other blogs, but I can't track down the link for me to input my own. Somebody please shine a light on what's probably been right in front of me all along.

When on your training log, on the RHS you'll see a link for "Edit your Training Setting" above the Avatar.  Once there, you can update your short and long term goals.

Thank you, Mr. Motivated.

Like I said, it was right there in front of me. But I don't know until I ask, right?
