I will be done with my swim goal tommorow. Running is a lost cause though. The Physical Therapist only wants me to run for 10 minutes per day. I've got 100 minutes left for my goal.  So needless to say I will not be able to hit my goal.

Here's our numbers for Week 4.   We are at about 77% overall with 85% of the month over.   We only have 4 more days!  Don't hurt yourself trying to get 100% but lets try to get your goal done be the 31st.   If you aren't going to make it to 100%, do as much as you can.  Every little bit counts.  Most other teams are behind too, so we can still win if we have a strong week.    It sounds like it has been a hard month for most of us to train, so congrats for getting it done this month.

1 Day left , 7 miles to run and #$%^&* I REALLY feel like going for a swim .

Maybe Run 2.5 + Swim 45 mins in the am and run 4.5 at lunch ..

I'm playing it pretty close to the edge.  Still have to get a 3 mile run & 1 hour swim in.  I should be able to do it, but I'm going to be at the pool pretty late.

Nice.  You beat me by about an hour, but I got there also.    BTW, no Feb challenges for me, unless it's an "8 hours a night" sleep challenge.  I need that one.
