I couldn't find a company name.

I'm a senior civil engineer project manager with 15 year experience. My company went through some downsizing a couple months back, and instead of transfering back to the midwest, I choose to get laid off. I just started a new gig about a month ago here in Vegas. But I'm looking to go out west.

Edit to add: I don't have a CA P.E., but have one for NV and CO. Probably can get one for Oregon by reciprocity. I would have to take the siesmic for CA.

Anything I can look at online?

I sent you a PM with the company website, and some more info about certifications.  I'll run your message past Eric and see what he says, but I think that out-of-state certifications would at least get you in the door, as long as you work toward your CA certification.

Morally Diminished - 2008-02-07 3:16 PM What about summer interships? I am three years into a mech. E. program and looking for summer internship...San Fran would be great as I could stay with my in-laws...I can't believe I am saying that.

Checking with Eric. I know they've had interns in the Electrical Dept before, and may still.  I'll bet they also have interns for other departments as well.
