219dayNoSEXchallenge (Page 2)

It's been a week 5 days, but I'm an optimist so I predict my count will be in the triple digits before the end of the year. Hence, my plans to train for an end of year marathon. That should help alleviate things a bit and help me hit my goal.

Well for those of us measuring the drought in years, I think we need to ascribe to Margaret Cho's philosophy.  She thinks that if you haven't had sex in 2 (or was it 3?) years, you should get your virginity back.  So, congrats to those toiling in the desert with me you can claim the big V again!

FWIW thats not all marriages.....  going on a little over 12 hours, wifey turned 30 yesterday so my timing was perfect for this thread.....  

while i won't claim to be married for that long  (5 years, 4 months and 26 days) we have been pretty steady with the sex....   yes we have times that we are like rabbits and times that are slower, but i cannot remember a week that we never had sex....

the holiday, superbowl and birthday sex is a given

we employ the "Take one for the team" approach , although i will admit this has fallen off some since we got married, but for the most part is still valid....

Yeah, Travis, from all your posts regarding your p0rn-capades, I don't think any of us are in the dark regarding your sex life

It IS possible to go a day or two without it...sometimes you're just tired.

Did go 3-4 months during wife's last pregnancy, but the last month and 2 months after you see the baby come out, you really aren't wanting any.....

Unless your wife is ill/injured, you need to put some effort in to get a reward.   Plan a nice evening out,  ditch the kids somewhere and take what is yours!!!  Man up and stop whining.
