I like the breaststroke as a breather in a race.

I'll let everyone know the results...

5 week count down...I've gotten so much info in regards to training...any specific advise as the big day approaches?  I have been doing my bike/run bricks and completed all three disciplines yesterday...getting better at tightening up a true simulation.  I worry sometimes that I train too hard.MAYBE I'll give myself one day off...MAYBE. Incorporate the weight training 2-3 times per week as well.

As a 'veteran' of 3 tris now, 2 of which were pool swims, I'd say:  don't forget to smile.  And do whatever is comfortable for you to finish.  If that includes breast stroke, side stroke, backstroke for the swim and the occasional walk during the run, that's fine too!

Also, sometimes taking a day off makes you come back stronger.
