Expert 913 St. Louis | Subject: RE: IMKY Training Totals right... well... kinda fixed. i never post mileage for trainer rides indoors... so the time is the only real good piece of info there. and on the run, i've had to do quite a bit of aqua-jogging lately because i'm nursing my right knee. i log the time as running to keep things simple, but i don't associate "miles" with bobbing in the pool. and the pool... haha... when i first signed up, the default was in meters, but they've really been yards all these years. yup... to each his own. ~B |
