I am 31, a clydes, pastor of a Methodist church, dad, and whole lot of fun After meeting my goals in Run challenges in Sept and Oct, I thought I would mix it up and not do a distance challenge, but one that invited consistency in training volume and days. And I have typically been on "quiet" teams, so it should be fun to be on a thread likely to make it into double digits. Andy, we cannever have enough DOGS or CLYDES on a team!!! Welcome my Clydedog brutha!!!

A few of us are on a team for October where we not only hit the doubles, we required a second thread Should be a fun time! |

Extreme Veteran 368 Incline Village, NV | Subject: RE: PT Freeaks Team Thread - Nov USMC Challenge Hey guys! Checkin' in to say hi! As I'm in Tahoe, I'm starting to switch gears to skiing. You'll notice A LOT of ski conditioning (aka lunges and squats) going on in my world. As Chris and Cat will tell you, I tend to fly under the radar, but I am getting my workouts done. Looking forward to this challenge! ~Kendra |

Master 1529 | Subject: RE: PT Freeaks Team Thread - Nov USMC Challenge Hole Moly I made it on the chatty team this month, will try to keep up. Thanks travis for putting this thang together. Mom of 2 girls preK and K. Next summer will be my first tri season. Right now am working on running, not worried to much about the swimming (swam for HS team and in summers at cottage on the lake) REALLY worried about the bike part. Am looking into finding good used (ie cheap) bike trainer rollers or stationary. Going slow and building on the running, have knee issues. Most of my workouts will be running and band/ball workouts. Turkey week will be rough but I WILL NOT (power of positive thinking) let you all down! |
