LazyMarathoner - 2009-03-15 10:41 AM Hey Peepers, I made a pass through the spreadsheet and updated a few that folks logged last night/this morning. I PMd all the no shows. I will also check Monday because some people likely only log on during work/on weekdays. We look fairly solid, but have a few folks who appear to be un-peachy

the roasted peeps are ahead as of right now - hopefully the folks that haven't updated are just lacking internet access

I hope that's the case or we are going to have to send someone after them

I'm a little confused how Dee is measuring this by total number of workouts since they have more team members than us. Shouldn't it be based on percentage of the month we have completed as a group? I have a feeling we'll have a couple more drop offs from our team too.

they're ahead by %, i didn't even look at the total # of workouts

i'm guessing that Dee will adjust it to %

I'm back from the laundromat and about ready to head out for a relaxing walk to get peachy. Well, it'll be relaxing as long as it doesn't rain.

Just a drive-by since I have the kids and need to give somebody something or undo a problem or ??? every 2 minutes.  It's never-ending.

Cheers!

I have been really productive...but my priorities have been questionable.

I have done a lot of cleaning at my folks place,

assisted my dad in his morning routine,

helped both my little sister and my dad take their medications.  (there is practically an in-home pharmacy here)

made him an early lunch(it was something that he really likes and hasn't had in a long time).....

Dipped pretzels and strawberries in semisweet chocolate.  The strawberries will be going to my dad soon...another pleasant surprise

I will compromise.

I will work on homework until my mom gets home.  I will then be free from the caregiver responsibilities form my lil sis and dad.  That is when I get to nap.

Just got back from a good outdoor ride.  I finally got my tri bike off the trainer and in suitable riding condition.  It was nice to be in aero again

Yoga and a run today to stay peachy.  Workouts are the only thing on my list that I actually accomplished this weekend.  I am thinking about a 5K next Saturday so I have an excuse to put off more housework.

Gorgeous day too, except for the nasty wind. I was really surprised there weren't any other bikers out along my route today. I usually see 4 or 5.

I am itching to get my bike outside again.  Can't get into aero on my hybrid, though.

They probably were all blown off the road...did you check the ditches?

My bike demanded to go on spring break, so she's vacationing with the bike shop getting a tune-up.

I miss her already.

I find myself drawing hearts with our names on it.

Absence makes the heart grow fonder, right?

You will have lots of workouts to catch up on when she comes back.

so I went to take my dad those chocolate strawberries I made him...

40 minutes later...I have certainly earned my peach for the day.

Transfers need to be included on the sports list.  Geez, moving/guiding 250+lbs of nearly immobile person from a bed to a lift chair 3 feet away works up a good sweat.

Ok, I think he needs an OJ refill.  See ya.
