Another Team Here! (Page 2)

Well there is no real definition of a team.  It is just a group being put together so that we can all give each other encouragement to reach our goals, while trash talking the other teams in hopes that they don't make their goals.  Some challenges the losers have had to post different avatars for a month, or donate a small amount to one of the charity event a member here is doing.  I hope this helps to answer your question.

Okay, Team Confused-Ign'ant-Losers  . . . You'd better let a Goddess of the Endless Summer  handle this one since ya'll obviously are too busy trying to figure out how to count. 

Dear nliedel,

We are organizing a training challenge for the month of July.  If you choose to participate, you will set a goal for swimming/running/biking based on your training plan, and then sign-up for one of these teams.  (I would suggest maybe switching to a "team" that actually knows what a team is.)  There are 8 people to a team, and the winners of the challenge are determined by the team that has the highest percentage of team member's who attained thier goal.  The losers donate to a charity that the winners choose.  Pretty simple.  Are you ready to sign-up?  I think there is another team forming soon.  Quick!  jump this sinking ship of illiterates before it's too late.

Team 3/Coeur de Lion are at their limit (8 teammembers). I am going to put up a thread for a 5th team. Would you two like to participate with the 5th team? We still need a Captain for the 5th team, so if you want that too...

A team is just like a team in real life only we 'meet' online. Each teammember sets goals and we determine winning team based upon overall team performance. We've experimented with various formulas for past challenges; this month we will use a TBD formula. The Captain of each team has a say in what this formula will look like.
