Champion 16743 Somewhere I can be nekidd | Subject: RE: Bike it to the MAX in June Ghoulies!!! Kenra, I just found something out about 2 of our local library systems, they have reading therapy dogs come in over the summer. Each library only has them once a month and you have to schedule a slot. My daughter has speech problems and it affects her reading a little. She has speech therapy at school, but I am going to try to get her slots with the reading therapy dogs this summer. |

I really didn't do any stretching all month WHAT??!!??!!??!! I did keep a healthy relationship with my foam roller, but I'm not sure that counts for anything As long as it was a platonic relationship with a foam roller and nothing with a blow up doll we'll let it count. Hey! You leave Vanessa out of this! |

Made it up to NC and did some whitewater rafting. Never did make it over to Robins for the 50 gallons of gumbo and frisbee marathon. Came back home on Sunday night and spent monday pressure washing the deck & patio. Then weeding my flower garden and reseeding the backyard. Grilled out last night. That's what you're supposed to do on Memorial day, aren't ya? We grilled portabella mushrooms, eggplant, zuchinne and onions. It was all yummy. Sounds like an excellent way to spend the weekend! |

It is a great program and so good for the kids to read in front of a non-judgemental dog. The dogs are super. |

My friends that have German Shepherds the guy does Search and Rescue with his dog, my other friend is going to train her dog to be a reading dog. She's hoping to start soon, if she does I know a little girl that will help them practice. Their dogs are very well behaved and my kids just love them. |

Growing up my daughter stammered because her brain was moving so fast. An adult neighbor mocked her out one time and I about beat the carp out of him. I just don't understand people and their thought process sometime. Seriously! If anyone ever mocked my daughter I'd be kicking their azz. Even with her speech problems she reads above level, which her teacher thought was incredible. She works VERY hard. I called her a few minutes ago and got her an appt the end of June at the one library. The other starts tonight, they don't open until noon. I'm hoping I can get her in there. |

I don't know how an adult would ever do that to a kid. He must have been a bully growing up. Oh, wait, growing up would mean he matured and he obviously hasn't. |

You have to blame someone other than me I had nothing to do with the route - I am just following along without maps! Nope, we blame you. You could have gone through GA to see me, and NC to see Robin, and then up to VA, etc. Lots of Ghoulies along that route. |
