20 mile run @ 2:42... felt great!  I think I may be able to hit a 3:35-3:-45 mary soon.

I went swimming we played and had a race. I swam 100M in 10 min. with only my arm floaties.

I took Mattie to the pool today and we did a bit of swimming and a bit of playing. I did 50m in 1:10 on the lap I timed but lost track of how may laps I swam overall.
