For those that need to install the Divx Codec you can download it from HERE.

When installing the Divx Codec simply follow the prompts. You will have the option to also install the Divx Player. I would not recommend installing the player and you can opt not to simply by unchecking it in the installation process. Also, I would not install any of the other options offered as they my also include unwanted spyware. All you need is the Divx Codec.

As stated above, simply "UNCHECK" the options later offered (google toobar and desktop). None of those are necessary unless of course you want to install them.
