Oops. Sorry, late entry. Weighed myself on Sunday and then totally forgot to enter the numbers. Keep losing that same damn pound over and over. Kept a closer eye on my eating, particularly during commutes and made sure I drank more water (which had slipped lately). If I buy snacks I try to make sure it's from the fruit stand at the RR station, either fresh or dried fruit or mixed nuts. I need a new water bottle as the one I've been using has developed that musty funky smell. Unless any of you have tips on how to clean it out? No dishwasher, so it'll have to be done by hand. Added some more weight training/yoga/stretching too. |
