How many cups of joe do you drink in a day? (Page 2)

We usually make a large french press in the morning, shared between my wife and I.  Occassionally we will have a latte or americano after lunch.  This surprises a lot of people, given that we run a coffee roasting business - I guess were quality over quantity types.

I brew a pot in the morning and drink maybe a mug-and-a-half.  Pretty good-sized mug.  Afternoon coffee might be the same, or something I pick up while out and about.

So two double-doses maybe?

I have to knock it off around 4pm or it can affect my sleep.

Oh my gosh - this is really interesting. I had an eye twitch this winter when I was drinking an extra cup of coffee at lunch.  Now that it is summer I'm off the afternoon coffee and the eye twitch is gone.

None, also do not like the smell.  Only had one cup in my lifetime and that was just to hold onto when I lived in upstate NY in the freezing cold.

Chocolate milk is my down fall.

I'll tell you what I told my daughter when that happened to her: That's how you know it's working! 

(She told me that it meant she should cut down. So she did. D*mn kid never listens to me...)
