Subject: RE: Camping MealsLately I've been cutting up veggies (zucc, squash, onions, etc. ) beforehand and letting them marinate in a zip w/ olive oil, balsamic, garlic, and other spices. I then use a grill wok over the fire. I've also been grilling steak, marinated chicken and portobello mushrooms. Hot dogs on stick, smores and jiffy pop are typically reserved for later on...after a number of beers. |
