Bike: 141.6 Miles
Monthy Totals for the Challenge:
Run: 110 Miles - 44.0% of Monthy Goal
Bike: 201.6 - 50.4% of Monthly Goal
All in all the week felt good. My intention was to find a better balance between my Run and Bike Training and I think I am right where I want to be. (2 bike for every 1 run )
Next week I have about 80 miles of running on the Sked and around 150 Bike Miles. (I have some optional workouts and so it might be more )
