we are looking in Reno right now.  While it is better than 6 months ago, the dollar does not go very far.   The suburbs are better, but we are city people....

Chris, I feel your pain.

You can consider coming back to 818 land.

Isn't that cheap here either though -- a relative little more bang for the buck, but you have to put up with traffic going to the city. Hotter weather too.

Damn, one day we will make it back over the hill!
