I dont know if Ive said it before but dont mind Dee and me.... I like to read the team threads in case there is anything I can 'report on' in the weekly updates... or requests for information on the challenge (although I seem to miss those sometimes)

And Dee.... umm she ran last months challenge and I dont think she has given up knowing everything yet

I did send it to them. Granted I posted it on the elves site and hit submit BEFORE i looked to make sure I had the right thread, but still......I would have went with it. Oh well.

I'm Cat's Team Captain -- and I carry a whip. So far, it hasn't seemed to faze her any. She's been in the pool all of, um, 35 minutes.... (I need to find a better way to motivate her, I think!)

Yes my motivation needs a kick... you saw what happened last month but I need to WIN WIN WIN this time!

how do they gather all of our data and figure out who wins?  do they check our training logs to get the totals or is there somewhere else they get the info from?

hi Fin, each team has a team leader whose job it is to collect all the data weekly and report in.

I will write a weekly update with the resutls so everyone knows where they stand..

And the winner will be announced at the end of the month!

I need to talk to my cheif elf record keeper man who is helping out with the spreadsheet side of things after realising that it wasnt my strong point last challenge I ran in October!

DO YOU WANT TO BE PAT'S SLAVE FOR A MONTH? 'Cause, you know.... that's what you guys agreed to.... And HE is going to swim 40,000 yards this month. Maybe more. Why? Because he wants to BEAT YOU! Are you gonna let that happen?????????? I wonder what "slaves" have to do.... Have you asked him?
