I made it to the early morning lap swim this morning. My swimming endurance has gone downhill in the last 2 months.

I wish that it cost less to swim-5 bucks for me to spend 25 minutes in the pool (the swim is an hour, but I need to leave to make it to school on time).

No pool at school you could use?

No-it is a small technical college. There is an athletic center with various workout machines, but that is all as far as I can tell. I haven't even seen a basketball court and there are definitely no athletic fields.

Hmm...do they offer any discounts for students at the Y or another gym?

I'll have to check on that...

Hi, Cat!

HI Emily - hows your day going?

So far - it's been a good day.  Took a rest day today and got some things accomplished.  The sun is shining for a change.  And work is not so horrible.

How are you doing this morning?

Agreed - I try to get in a get started before I have one... for no other reason than if I get it on the way in I have NO OTHER reason to leave my desk for hours

Not all of it-Just this weeks assignments.  I made up a couple of the past due assignments.

I just got my final back-100%   The instructor added an exclamation point to four of my comments and a 'me too'.   His general comment was:  "You are such an eager student!  I love your energy!"

Yay!

Side note-I have successfully eaten dairy with a digestive aid and a daily enzyme.

I don't know if this is good or bad.  My mom just bought a carton of my favorite ice cream.

If it is done right it is an apple on a stick that has been dipped in warm caramel and cooled so that the caramel sets.

Lol ok - we used to get them at the Easter show... Toffee apples I guess we called them so the covering must have been a little different!

Not really my thing... yes you guys do seem to be into the whole on a stick thing!
