Either way good job! As for being a swimmer its more fun to be a triathlete, people are always trying to get me to do flip turns ( which I can do) and I ask them how many tri's they have done kicking off a wall every 25 or 50 yards. I tend not to kick hard off the wall just to force myself to work harder. I could care less about my pool time, I worry about my race time. lol KC where is Leamington? 40 minutes from the border at Windsor Ontario and Detroit. Since you are in Ohio - best way to desctibe it - across the lake from Cleveland. Real easy to get to - we should think about it  |

Master 1790 \Windsor, Ontario | Subject: RE: Razorxp Group Is CLOSED Went to the pool for a swim at 4:00 PM this afternoon. It is a rec swim with 2 lanes set up for lap swimmers. Unfortunately the pool was as busy as I have seen it. Familys, students on the diving board, people everywhere etc. but I was able to squeeze out a bit of a work out. Lots of interuptions and I stayed out of the lanes because they were packed. Actually a few swimmers left because they had no where to go. It was not real conducive to practice and I almost left when I got there but I told myself that anything is better then nothing. I am sticking with the attitude that every minute spent in the water doing anything means I am one minute closer to figuring it out and I WANT TO FIO DAMN IT - LOL. |

That is a fantastic idea. Unfortunately the condo I go to in the Winter is only rented by my parents for the Winter so it would not be available in July. I have been to rosemary beach and know exactly where that is. Where do you live the rest of the year? Anyway, that would be a cool idea - let's see what everyone else thinks? KC |

Fun race w/indoor swim. Last yr i didnt race due to being about 35 deg outside. .....May 15 knoxville tn 1/2 im (angie doing oly) fun hilly race. PW last year after bad crash..... OK, I can check with the manager this weekend....I will wake her up and ask  The coach...he is in Hawaii ...at Kona... for a month....Grrrrrrrrr...just kidding...we are in daily email contact several times. I'll see what he says. It falls right between the sprint and Oly on the schedule. I would imagine it's perfect timing. I will also CQ with Vision Quest to see when they are going up. They might be there that weekend. If I'm going, I'll post something here to drum up interest too. |

I have a pretty flexible schedule so I usually don't get in til 8:45/9:00am but had to be at office around 7:00am. I will not have time to run this afternoon since I have a show tonight - so I guess that will have to be my workout. And to top it off I ate a chicken burrito for lunch.
