Have been trng 2 yrs now, but have only competed once in a tri have had some injuries, but seem to be ready for a banner year. Have done some bike racing seems to be my strength, swimming is challenging but am confident can become some what efficient, my real weakness is body size need to lose another 35lbs that would get me under the clydesdale at present 6' 2 235lb the key to faster times along with a rigorous work regiment. It's a pay as you go pool for me until the weather gets better for my Y. Saturday the Y doesn't open until 1, and it's supposed to be 75 degrees this weekend, they should be open. I will see how it goes. |

I cannot for the life of me swim without my nose clip. My head just hurts too much. So here I am at home debating on whether I should attempt to swim at my kid infested gym pool. Urgh. I am mad now. MAD!!!!! |
