Master 2201 Elgin, | Subject: RE: CASUAL run challenge--july Sorry to hear about your jellyfish encounter, hope you are feeling better. You are lucky that it wasn't more serious. Well I have my usual 5k planned for this evening. I might skip the beer this time though. We will see how that turns out. |

I am going on "Ride the Ducks" today!! It's gorgeous and I shall take pictures. Yes I shall. Hehe! I asked these two surfers "is there anything you can put on jellyfish stings...besides pee!" They laughed their heads off...and then basically said - NO! Nothing. I am feeling better now, though. It must have been a very mild sting because the spots & lines that were all over my arms & legs this morning has now disappeared. Well...at least on the arms. |

OBTW! congrats teamies on winning last months challenge! WE DID IT! YAY! I got to go shower and go to work....will post pics from my trip in the next few days....so stop by and see the pictures of "Gods Country"! take care girls and take care of that sting Tracy! |

Oh I fell off my bike a few weeks past. From standing! Urgh. I fell onto some rocks and glass etc and the whole thing swelled up like a balloon the next day, so they put it in a splint for me. I had to take two different anti biotics incase of infection which in return gave me the poops. Superb! It's all better now, ONLY if I don't bang it against anything. The scab is healing nicely though *Phew* I had a blast at that race. Seriously. Top 5 for me at least. If only they could all be like that |

Expert 642 | Subject: RE: CASUAL run challenge--july Someone (not me...) needs to lay off the nutella and ice cream....not mentioning any names.... Of course, I've been eating chips like crazy (and I normally don't touch the stuff) so I'm not going to be too fond of stepping on the scales when I get home. I missed having a good workout today (even though it is my day off... and even though I did a small swim...). I can't wait until tomorrow. I think I might just run 10 miles for the heck of it! I've been sucking with my goals here. |

Expert 642 | Subject: RE: CASUAL run challenge--july OMG!!!! Look what happened to my eyes when I ate my nutella/ice cream mix...maybe it was the Hershey's Almond bar I crunched up in it... BTW, I'm drinking a TON of water for the rest of the week thanks to that combo! Excuse the hat - it was a really bad hair day! |
