You did, You will and WE OVERCAME Ghoulies Rule  The question is... What do the Ghoulies rule. There are some things I wouldn't want to rule. Like a cesspool. Or a diaper service. |

(anyone who has seen my posts knows that I'm indecisive...) Sat June 11 - Woodstock Ontario: 600m swim, 20km bike, 4km run Sun July 24 - Bala Falls: 750m swim, 30km bike, 7,5km run Sun Sept 18 - Lakeside: 1500m swim, 40km bike, 10km run I want to plan next season.....but I need to know that this *fun* is behind me before I plot my revenge on my uncooperative body. I need to finish this season (half mary in a few weeks) and then I want to have a bit of fun (no structured training) for a while. Before thinking of next year - is that bad? Not a bad thing at all. Sometimes its good to just go out and have some fun. The crazy thing that surprises me is I'm feeling more motivated now than I have for a while. I'm actually getting excited about training in the colder weather and considering signing up for the winter challenge. I think I need to go see a psychiatrist. I think there must be something wrong with my brain. |

I absolutely love storms...This is awesome weather to curl up in bed and watch tv and sleep. Its not good for the training though. |
