My older bro was a Bears fan and we watched the 85' super bowl together so that was my first memory of really watching football. Then my best friend in Jr High on was a big bears fan and I always watched football at his house with his fam so I just became a fan I guess. |

Big doh! There's another one. I would think people would've known they weren't going to Philly or Norfolk. But they named a few others. Glad I'm flying west across the Gulf of Mexico. most of norfolk is underwater right now! whee! but i'm still at work and of course the loudest most annoying person in the cube farm made it in, while the quiet helpful guy did not. (even though he lives in my neighborhood and drives a truck, but whatever!) You guys stay safe and take care up there. A friend of mine is in Philly for a contract job, talk about bad timing. Morning TAN We took second place in the women's master's 4+ at the regatta we were in this weekend. It was really a bad idea to officiate then race then go back to officiating. I was part of the team running the docks, launching all the boats, and doing safety checks. I was wasted when I got home and the rest of the weekend! |

Yeah that's how we were the last few storms that came through here, lots of wind and rain but nothing too crazy. Thanks! It was the first time all 4 of us have rowed together as a boat and the fist time we rowed the boat we were using so we we pretty happy with ourselves. I told the coach he should bring cookies to practice tonight as a reward. |

We have another head race coming up this weekend in TN. I will be rowing in the 8+ and the 4+ in that one. The race in the 8+ is at 9 AM -ish and it looks like we are going to have to layer up for the row.

had a busy weekend as usual, ran the race for the cure with my tri team. Our team founder has been battling cancer and going through chemo and it was great to be able to jog the course with her! |
