Well I can tell you now Im NOT gonna make the bike goal... mainly because I dont want to and I cant.

I hopefully WILL make the swim goal and the PT goal.... although I just realised i have my first christmas part next Wednesday night which effectively writes off two days of training...

Well, Fleet feet was VERY understanding about the Nikes killing my foot. Full store credit for returning the pair, got a pair of Mizuno Alchemys instead.

Sorry Mila...impossible to mistake you for a guy...they may be askeered of you though...

I thought it was a great honor when they invited me to guys night out.  I pointed out to them that I was, in fact, not a guy.  The looks on their faces were that of disbelief .  On the other hand, I do wear those sassy bike skirts a lot. 

Yes, they are very askeered.  I like it that way.

Guys nights out are fun... well eye opening maybe.... my only tip would be to NOT stay until the end of the night... Ive learnt they get into trouble or messy by then...

And me and trouble... Im so easily lead

Look at it this way.... I have 16 days left in the month... and 30 workouts that I said I would do.... I have done 3 so lets make that 27.

And the first 10 days of the month would count as special circumstances i think :p

Oy, I think I'm calling it a night...I fell asleep at my kids' concert band concerts tonight...bad parent...

Hm. That doesn't work either. LOL

OK, we'll use the penalty that you gave to Spokes.... Write "must train more" on your legs, take a pic and post it.
