Did you see I actually went for a swim last night? Well I can tell you now Im NOT gonna make the bike goal... mainly because I dont want to and I cant. I hopefully WILL make the swim goal and the PT goal.... although I just realised i have my first christmas part next Wednesday night which effectively writes off two days of training... |

Guys nights out are fun... well eye opening maybe.... my only tip would be to NOT stay until the end of the night... Ive learnt they get into trouble or messy by then... And me and trouble... That doesn't work either. LOL OK, we'll use the penalty that you gave to Spokes.... Write "must train more" on your legs, take a pic and post it. LOL |
