Subject: RE: 100 pushups in 6 weeksThis challenge made me look at the 100 push-up program a few weeks back, but this is my first post. I started in week 3, since I could already do 50+. Well, I struggled at the end of Week 3, so I repeated it and felt MUCH better. Then, I struggled at the end of Week 4, so I repeated it and felt MUCH better. Today is Week 5, Day 2. Week 5 is definitely tough... today, it jumps up to like 8 sets or something (fewer reps, but still A LOT of push-ups ). About 2 weeks ago, I did 75 straight, so I'm confident about getting to 100. The question is whether I'll be repeating week 5 or not. I'll let you all know how this week goes. |
