R'uh r'oh.... I think there's a story here...

Okay running teamies!! What's the plan for today??

I have running clinic after school and then a 46k bike tonight.  I flipped my week around so that I could go on the Tuesday night ride in town - and it's still messing me up!!  (I'm a little OCD about training...)

Those darn June Bugs! I think someone else may be post padding over there too!

Stacie, I took my kids to see Up too! I loved it also. My son kept talking about "that movie with the bird that runs so fast. He says SQUACK!" He totally missed all the best parts about the husband/wife - but he's 2.5, so I wasn't surprised.

No running for me today. OWS (fingers crossed) or a pool swim if it rains.

I don't have Stacie's post-padding skills.

This is the best I can offer. Now I need to go make breakfast! Maybe I will return to tell you all what I ate. Gripping, relevant reading material right there.

and im a movie SNOB. 

i love the bird too!

its amazing how you can present SUCH a emotion through animation.

or maybe it was just my emotional state at the time [its been a hellacious few days....]

still.....

you all want to go and see this movie!
