Morning peeps!! So far today I have:

Gone to the Post Office, paid 20 cents on a package for my niece that had originally been returned because apparently it was a parcel disguised as a large envelope...

Went to Starbucks for a SKVL and ended up smashing two shot glasses. Whoops.

Well, what have I done today.......well still no training, that's a fact.

Took the kids to swim lessons, went to the bank, picked up groceries (so that the house is not completely bare when my dw gets home tonight), put dd down for a nap, got a coat of paint on my ds's bedroom, took a break and caught up on BT.

Now I am heading back to get the final coat of paint on the bedroom to surprise my dw when she gets home tonight. She has been wanting that bedroom painted for months so I thought I would surprise her and get it done while she was gone.

Can't wait to get back training tomorrow.......shall I go for a ride.......or will I run.......or a nice long cool swim.......or maybe I will do them all!!!!

Maybe a break for a few days is a good thing.......I am so up for it, it is ridiculous!

I got up early this morning and ran 5 miles with a neighbor.  It took us 40min 31sec.  So almost under eights but not.  It was a good run, but I am tired now.

Let's see what did I do today -----

Since I am a vampire my schedule is reversed .......
- I woke up at 1930 and went for a nice 6 mile run
- worked from 2200 until 0800
- rode the bike for a quick 15 miles
- off to bed to do it all again -- ground hog day

That's funny, because I feel slow and sluggish here in CO vs. the east coast.  I left there running a half marathon in less than 8min 30sec/mi.  Now I can hardly do 7 miles without feeling totally beat down.  I myself am envious of Ryan Hall, now that boy is fast.

If you received 2 items from Ebay when you only wanted 1. What would you do?

unfortunately I will be on a plane at that time - flying back to NE - that is the fortunate part

and if I received 2 items, and I only wanted one - I'd return the one I didn't want - or sell it??? is either one an option?

Hello everyone!

Just a quick hello from an internet cafe in Ireland. I've managed one run so far on my holiday, through London. We were staying near the Tower of London with some friends. I ran with my husband - we ran over the Tower Bridge, down Southbank until 2 bridges past the Millenium Bridge, then over the Thames and back home down the opposite side of the river. It was very tough going, I don't know if jetlag played a factor and I'm sure the pollution did as well. Nonetheless it was a great way to see London in the morning!

Now we're in Ireland for the wedding which is tomorrow. I'm hoping to get some good running in.

I hope everyone else is going well!!! x o

What your DH doesn't want a pink bento box on his bike?!?! surely he is manyly enought to be fine with a little pink!! You can always pay it forward on this site! I have passed on a few items that I no longer need or use this way! just go to the BT classifieds (at the top is Pay it Forward thread) and list the bento box as free and believe you me...within seconds  you will have a taker! I need one! and pink is my newest favorite color! I used to hate it but since my sis n law passed and it was her favorite color, I have received many of her items that were pink and I must say I really like pink now...Pink color has TRULY rubbed off on me!

I am going to run three miles in her honor...I am besides myself about her! She was on my challenge team a few times and was such a nice girl! I am still in shock at how quickly this all happened! SHOCKING!
