I offered him to skip school on his b-day (tomorrow) and take him skiing... He said "no", he wants to go to school???? I would have loved to miss school on my b-day and geaux do something fun, but my mom was mean... BAck in the old days, when I had to walk through drifts of snow 5 miles to get to school, it always started the Tuesday after my birthday, so I never had to worry about whether or not I could take the day off from school. Hmmmm, I wonder if my sisters all got that choice as theirs were all during school months. So what happened if your birthday was ON a Tuesday??? LOL Well, my birthday is Sept 1. So school always started after Labor Day. |
