Started out with the sports med doc who fussed at me for not focusing on strength training over the winter months. I just really do not like it, but he's convinced it's what I need. So is the ART PT, so it appears I have a new activity to focus on. I did get 5 miles in pain free tonight, other than the mental pain. For some reason, my head just wasn't in it. Tomorrow evening I have plans in the city with friends, but work is bubbling up and may derail those plans. Hmmm. Will worry about that tomorrow. Said in my best Scarlett voice. Now to find food. I really need to go grocery shopping. Microwave popcorn for dinner is great by choice, pathetic by desparation. |
