I have a ten mile ride on the schedule if I am to make my goal for the month. I packed up all my gear so I will be warm and reasonable dry and headed to work. I get to work and the parking lot is almost completely dry. No snow in sight. Its hard to believe the difference in weather a few miles will make. So the ten mile ride should be nice and dry. |

It was snowing and I dug out my winter gear so I didn't freeze. It wasn't very peaceful though. Tons of traffic. I usually run a little later when there isn't as much traffic and it makes for a more enjoyable run but it was still good. nice run! I do the same on the night runs. Although, now most of my runs are on the mill. It gets cold and windy around here!I don't like the wind but the cold doesn't usually bother me. I'm just glad that I don't go running in the morning. It was 32 on my way to work today. |

I've headed out between 1-1:30 for a run before going to bed. I would never make it up at 3 am for a morning run. |

I'm either going to have to fit another ride in somewhere or add some miles to the remaining two rides that I have left. I think I may try adding some miles today but I'll have to see how things go. I just got a call and have to be somewhere at 7 and be presentable so I'll have to watch the time. |
