Glad you are ok! I would be so frightened! Nice brick too. I am tapering. Looks like I'm only swimming and running this week. Coached swim tonight, although I'm 1/2 and 1/2 about just hitting my gym instead. I hate doing drills. It's so boooooring! |

Right now she's teaching us about pulling through the water and having our strokes in an S shape. Yesterday she counted our strokes. I was 18 strokes. She wants to bring that down to 15. The more I try it the more I noticed the pulling working! Edited by Triathlynne 2008-06-05 12:16 PM |

Extreme Veteran 395 San Diego | Subject: RE: Totally Nutty Triathletes (TNT) Hello from the big sandbox .... today I was really wishing for 51 degrees and rain!!! I got on the bike this AM and it was a little windy but not too bad; but ..... 5 miles into the daily ride I got slammed by a sand storm driven by 25 mph winds. Needless to say I cut the ride short (duh!!!!). The run this evening went well; still had the wind but luckily no sand. Hopefully tomorrow will be better!! |

Being in the military we are given the opportunity during our work day to work out and to stay fit. The amazing people are the people that work a 40 hour week, have kids and other commitments and still have time to do their workouts. |
