Subject: RE: Hot ToddiesI was doing really good there for awhile then kind of let things go on weekends and would play catch up during the week. Well after this weekend, I just felt like CARP all sunday and said enough is enough. So now to get serious and get rid of those last pesky lbs. Other than keeping my calories out greater than calories in is there something that I can do with my diet? Have any of you had good luck with something? I've kind of hit that platue thing, which I think is why I was letting myself go on the weekends. I think I've heard that it helps to up your protein intake/percentage? Does that sound right? |
