This was our pup-Razor- a few weeks ago when we got her. She has grown heaps and certainly keeps me busy. That's my son Jett.

Funny. This morning I was wondering where the bus was that hit me overnight. I thought I would just have a slow easy run to keep the "kilometreage" (Australian spelling!)up. Well, I felt cruisy and relaxed..I thought I would feel like a rock. Cool.

I've given up trying to predict how a workout will go.

Sometimes, I think I'm going to get in the pool and sink like a rock, but I end up doing a PR.
And sometimes, I think I'm going to set a PR, and I end up sinking like a rock....

I'm guessing that won't be a problem... *giggling*

My parents had a Great Pyrenese! They are beautiful dogs.

Anybody ever had caramel covered ants?  Ripped open a gel, put it in my mouth and noticed something didn't seem right.  Squeezed a little bit more out and it was filled with ants!  Not really sure how they got in there.  Guess I got more than the usual amount of protein.  Got another 7.6 in tonight.  Ran at 9pm and it was still hot as hell.
