ironannekidd - 2010-03-08 12:48 PM Hey Kim, what's your race schedule look like this year?

Here's what I've signed up for.  What I actually do is open to debate.  I usually throw in a bunch of NYRR races in Central Park on open weekends.

St Patty's day 5k - March 14th
Unite HM - April 18th
Superhero HM - May 16th
Nothing yet in June - but have a couple to tri's to choose from
July 11th - Nantucket Sprint - Girls Getaway Weekend
July 25 - NJ State Olympic.
Hopefully NYC Marathon in November

Still lots of room to find things to entertain me.

I know of a race in June...

I don't have anything scheduled for June either, but I'm guessing there is something closer to the east coast than San Diego.

Well if I can put myself in a box and mail it to your house and then crash there I could do it. I may need a post race rub down, too. I'm just sayin'.

In 2 weeks I'm going to make a trip to MD to a shop that carries lots of tri bikes and hopefully leave there as a proud new owner.

I need a better bike. Shifting on mine is not smooth at all. I would like a tri bike, and that's what's been recommended for my back, so I'm going to make the jump.

Not sure... I'm not very good at listening to people when they tell me to behave.

wgraves7582 - 2010-03-08 1:35 PM I have to leave early today to hit the appliance repair shop and pick up a new over regulator and then install it.

Are you still working the crazy hours that you weren't happy you had to be working?

Did that question make any sense at all?

wgraves7582 - 2010-03-08 1:37 PM Ann(e) - is that shop the closest one to you?  Philly or Pittsburgh would have some or is there family involved as well?  I think I remember that you have some relatives there?  Or am I Iosing my mind - lol

I live in the middle of south central PA. I don't have relatives at either end of the state.

There are some smaller shops around, but they don't carry much. The place I'm going to is less than an hour from me and they have a bigger selection. I'm hoping maybe I'm even lucky enough to get a model from a previous year at a discount.

The place is called Race Pace, they have 4 or 5 stores in MD.
