I have something planned each month from several small sprints to a half marathon but my main goal is the Toyota International Desert TRI 20APR08. This will be my main goal and possibly a HIM type event towards the end of the year. Computer is slow by the way. |

Training everyday gets to be tuff at times. I need to plan a drinking and partying day with at least two recovery days and call it training. |
