I am gonna go leave some inspire me messages and then I think I will go for a long run....I don't know about you other blisters but it sure seems to make me feel better when I am done. I may even hit the pool today - since noone seems to be around to chat with...but it is in the fortys and the thought of swimming outdoors makes me shudder and then shudder some more ;o)...but once I get in...it feels fabulous....so, just got get past that lovely shuddering feeling! hehe... |

We had such a great time meeting them last night. If you make it to the bay area and don't look them up then you are missing out on meeting a wonderful couple. The Flashlight was the absolute best in entertainment. Go Cali go! (Now you are all wondering about the flashlight, mmmwwwaaaahhhh!) Hey Kendra...thanks for the fly by.... I just wanted to let you know that we had a great time....was great to finally put a face with the fish that never stops swimming and the man that likes to float endlessly in a pool! hehe... still full from last night, so I am going for a run! glad to see that you made it home ok...hi to frank and the family and yes, the flashlight with kali is quite the hoot...keep us very amused....but then again we are very easily amused....hehe Have a safe trip home to Georgia...and I truly hope that you will try and make it back for a summer time tri... . that is all we ask is to |

Extreme Veteran 597 New Joisy | Subject: RE: Twisted Blisters II I'm back! Cable all cleared up, and I think working. I did try to tap into my neighbor's wireless, we used to use it all the time when we sat out on the deck with our laptops! It's locked now though...can you believe it, the nerve of some people. I swam today but hope to run tomorrow. I am tired of the cold, and it is not even that cold. At the beginning of the season I can go out at about 20, as the season wears on the temperature that I will go out in starts to climb. It is about 25 here now and I don't want to go out. I hope tomorrow is warmer. |

Hey Beth, A quick note before I head to bed...Glad you had a good time with your girlfriend at dinner. What'd you have? I just finished my dinner with Kendra and Frank. Was good to meet some BTers. I took them to a mexican restaurant near Stanford. I had my Don Julio Margarita....(for you Hector!!!) and some good eats! They are a hoot! Frank is a lot more talkative in person...hehe. I made him promise to write more when he returned home. We will see! Feel so bad for them...they had a tough time flying out...three changed flights, airlines lost a piece of thier luggage, Frank has been sick the past few days and a cap on one of his teeth fell off and he had to have a root canal done....BLAH! not nice to do to such a nice couple that is trying to have a nice vacation and see their new grandchild! BOO!!! We had a good time though. We talked about possibly doing a summer tri in the Bay area together as they are planning on coming back sometime this summer. Ok...enough about my night...Hope you have a great night....I am beat and heading for the hay....chat with ya tomorrow! Two more days and counting til you move...I hope you are as excited as I am for you!!! ) Sleep well! goodnite! Julie that is so cool that you met Frank and Kendra. I want to come to California! With all this cold weather we have I am thinking that CA sounds better and better place to live. |
