Alright, I'm talking to myself again, but thats okay-really.

I just want to contemplate my lameness-it takes me nearly 4 times as long to run a mile than it did ten years ago. The good news is that ten years ago I was fairly fast...maybe I will eventually get back to those times. One can hope.
