Stupid thing... its at the point where I know my iron levels are dropping too... not sure what to do next... Eat food high in iron. Eat red meat. Eat blackstrap molasses. Send all your cookies to me.  (OK, so that won't help your iron levels, but....) |

Definatley not hard... my swim training hasnt been as full on as it ahs in the past as Ive usually had the girls/some of the girls/ one of the girls with me so I just keep it light/easy and do the bare neccesities! |
