My knee is doing better... I can almost walk with no limp (though when I do I can feel it's still wobbly)

and attempting to make french toast.  I don't think that Almond milk cooks well...

next time, just eggs.  

I need to get some real vanilla extract.  My roomie only has imitation...it has caramel color added which often includes some form of gluten.

All the baking I did when I first moved in made my room mate nostalgic for his past life as a baker...

He got a job at a gluten free bakery last week and has brought home some sort of GF fresh baked product every day!

It is awesome!

They have told everyone that will listen about getting snow at Christmas.  My youngest brought some for show and tell in a cooler with dryice to school a few weeks ago.  We still have it in the back of the fridge  freezer.

It looks like the state of the snow changed a bit during the trip...but I figured that it probably wouldn't make it there light and fluffy. 

It is a good thing that I didn't send snow balls.  They would have turned into ice rocks.

That is awesome!  It is too bad that I couldn't get the fluffy dusty stuff to you.  It is so much fun, but it only stays that way when it is really really cold.
