I feel like such a wimp. I've got 17 days to ride 90+ miles and run however much I'm going to.

I'm exhausted tonight. I know I should do something, but my body is telling me "sleep".

I feel like I've really fallen down on the workout cycle... but I'm beat.

I hear ya. I'm exhausted.... Feel like sleeping for a ~~week~~ month....

Wow! I wonder if it's a result of recovering from illness...I STILL have congestion, fell asleep at my desk for about a minute today...shhhhhh...and I fell asleep tonight after dinner...I could have slept the rest of the night, but got woken up by a phone call...

It took me about 3 weeks to get over it - maybe even closer 4, it really seemed to linger on
