My plan is run 2 miles. According to my nice Nike+ trainer! easy! easy! easy!  Dunno if I should do that outside, or on the "mill.  My body is for some strange reason craving a run! It's also craving chlorine! The weather is really mincey so maybe it's time to head inside?

Happy Hump Day everyone

you're turning in to a runner lynne!! i knew you would!!! when you start CRAVING a run, it's all downhill (figuratively speaking LOL) from there!!!
a run and a swim is it then?? well, i can't be out done! LOL i'll have me a run and a swim today too (and if my dang bloody bike would hurry up and get here, i'd do all three!!)

where are you going to swim at? the pool? or OWS? i haven't much choice yet, so off to the lake i go. (hopefully it warms up a tad first)

Though I am tired and against better judgement I am going to get a 5 mile run it.  I think I will use the treadmill that way if I get to tired I'm not on the other side of the base.  That would suck.  Plus my Phillies are on TV though they are getting beat at the moment.

No the Phillies were shut out by Billy Wagner.  Awesome pitcher, Phillies should have never let him go.

As for my plans I am going to swim during lunch and run with a running club this evening.  I am going to take it light since my left side is bruised from playing walleyball yesterday.  Fell on my side, so it is neat colors right now.  Plus I am running in a duathlon this weekend so I don't want to over do it.

I'm sorry to hear that Lyssa. It really seems that you don't get much "you" time over there love! I really feel bad for you at times.   Have a virtual hug from me!  And some pie.

It's funny, because no matter how fast somebody is, they always want to be faster.  I can hold 8min/mi for 5-6 miles without to many problems, but I want to get to 7min/mi.  If I ever reach that I will be pushing for 6es.  And this is the vicious cycle that we face.

I like cookies myself.  My wife makes a oatmeal bannana cookie with chocolate chips in them.  They are my favorite, and healthier for you than most cookies.

It's so true. I cannot imagine me ever running at that pace. Then again this time last year I would never have imagined me running at all! I'm glad that my last 2 runs have been under 12 minute miles

So what is the likelyhood of doing another run challenge in Aug?  Friendly or not?  Having others to do this with has definately helped me stay on track.  So if you guys wouldn't mind keeping me focused for another month or so would be greatly appreciated.  Plus it looks like there are others that would be interested in joining in.

We could just keep this one running, don't see why not!!!!  It would motivate me too.  Although I overstepped my running boundary however. I switched my schedule half way which made me run less.
