I played an hour of basketball with the 2 older sons.  I kicked their butt on a 2-on-1 game up to 10 (they wanted to played), then won in PIG, then beat them in a freethrow shootout!  WOO HOO!

Dear Challenge Participants,

Don't forget to update your Team Spreadsheet with your 3rd week workout numbers!

I'll pull the numbers tomorrow, and give everyone an update on where the teams stand.

Record the NUMBER of days you work out each week on the Spreadsheet. (Not times or minutes, just total number of DAYS.) The spreadsheet is set up by weeks.

I am not having a Peachy Day! ;o

Another flight delay and it is beautiful out here in Chicago, one has to shout WTFO? This is going to be a very, very, very long day and I will hope to finish it off with some beer, wine, shots or whatever drink is closest to my hand at the time.

Grilling sounds good and I am tired of airport food.  Where oh where is the sprinkly dust to get me out of here!  LOL!!

Ok, I am over it, sometimes you just have to smile and laugh at a situation then move on.  )

I went for a bike ride today, but thankfully not with anyone - my legs were lead, probably from weight lifting yesterday. But I got going a little bit around the 30 min mark.

Tomorrow I hope to swim and bike. And hey, maybe I'll throw a short jog in there, too.

My PF pain in the right foot is virtually gone. A little twinge here and there, but I'm so glad that (hopefully) it's almost over.

That counts?  Cause if it does, then I have done that several times already in excess of 20 minutes at a time just to keep the blood flowing in my legs.  ;o)

So I will log it as a workout even thought I did not even break a sweat and by the way.  What is up with people standing on the moving sidewalk! LOL!!

So I finally figured out where the "refresh" button was on the new version of IE on my laptop. I'm such a dork.

We're so behind with technology at work that some Web sites don't even work, including one of my new vendors'. Grr!
